During our Christmas stay, we loved the beautiful surroundings and the abundance of wildlife that we were able to see on our game drives. The knowledgeable guides made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing interesting facts about the animals and their behaviors. the food at the camp was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One aspect that we were not particularly fond of was the lack of amenities in the tents. Although they were comfortable, we found it inconvenient not to have access to basic necessities such as Wi-Fi and a mini-fridge.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail in the facilities was impeccable, creating a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and the comforts of home. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The location in the camp was ideal, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful surroundings. The game drives were an absolute highlight, with knowledgeable guides who provided us with unforgettable wildlife sightings.

Terrible customer service, no hot water in our room, and we were not informed of the lack of air conditioning. the staff did not seem to care about our concerns, which really dampened the holiday spirit.
